2. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period, and we do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Credit Packs
One-time Credit Packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer support.
